About this course

This course is for owners, salespeople and office staff who want a clear record of who they sell to and what they are working on. You will set up contacts and companies, move deals through a pipeline and keep follow-ups on schedule.

Then you will take a sale from quote to payment: price the work, get the quote accepted and signed, write a contract from a template, invoice it and record the payments. The last section covers the customer portal, importing your data, reports and automations.

The examples follow Harbor & Pine Coffee, a small roaster selling to cafes and offices. No CRM experience needed.
