Welcome to SiteSmith Drive

SiteSmith Drive is where your Workspace files live. Everything you upload goes here, and so does every document, spreadsheet, presentation and Studio video project you make in Workspace. You can organize it all in folders, find things again with search and filters, and share any file or folder with a link.

My Drive with the quick-create tiles, suggested files and folders

My Drive: quick ways to add something at the top, your latest files under Suggested, then your folders and files.

What's free and what upgrades add

Drive comes with every SiteSmith account. The free storage is 15 GB, and it covers everything in your Drive, including files in the trash. Two upgrades give you more room:

  • Workspace+: 100 GB of storage
  • Workspace Pro: 1 TB of storage

Each single file can be up to 2 GB on any plan. For prices, see the plan page in Workspace (the Upgrade button at the top of the screen).

What this course covers

  1. Getting started: how Drive is laid out, uploading files and making folders.
  2. Finding and organizing: search, filters and sorting, stars, moving and renaming, previews and details, the trash.
  3. Sharing and storage: share links with or without downloads and with an expiry date, and how storage is counted.
  4. Working with files from Drive: opening docs, sheets, slides and Studio projects, and editing code and text files right in Drive.

Each section ends with a short quiz, and there's a course check at the end. The examples use Harbor & Pine Coffee, a small coffee shop that keeps its business plan, supplier price lists and menu photos in Drive.
