About this course

SiteSmith Operations is the back office in your Workspace for businesses that stock, sell, deliver or rent physical things. This course is for owners, office managers and warehouse leads who want to stop juggling spreadsheets for stock, standing orders and rentals.

You'll set up a product catalog, track stock across locations with scanning and labels, turn sales into orders and deliveries, run recurring orders and rental agreements, buy from vendors, and read the books that Operations keeps as you work.

The examples follow Harbor & Pine Coffee, a roaster and cafe with wholesale customers and espresso machines to rent.
