Welcome to SiteSmith Operations
A tour of SiteSmith Operations with Harbor & Pine Coffee's products, stock, orders, rentals and books. The video was made in SiteSmith Studio.
What Operations is for
SiteSmith Operations runs the back office of a business that sells, stocks, delivers or rents physical things. It keeps your product catalog, tracks stock across warehouses and vehicles, turns sales into orders to pick and deliver, bills recurring customers and rentals, buys stock from vendors, and keeps the books as all of that happens.
It works with the rest of your Workspace. Customers and invoices live in SiteSmith CRM, and Operations adds product lines, deliveries and the accounting behind them. Deliveries can go to drivers in SiteSmith Dispatch, and your stores can list products from the same catalog.

The Overview: cash, what customers owe, what you owe vendors, and stock that needs attention.
Free and paid plans
Every account gets Operations' free plan, which covers a small catalog, a few stock locations, a few recurring orders and rentals, and a few people. The Pro and Business plans raise those limits and add connections to QuickBooks Online, Xero, Gusto and payroll files. Open Plan at the bottom of the Operations menu to see your plan's limits and what each plan includes.
