Welcome to SiteSmith Sheets

SiteSmith Sheets is the spreadsheet app in SiteSmith Workspace. Use it for budgets, order logs, price lists, schedules and anything else that fits in rows and columns. Formulas do the math, and every spreadsheet saves to your SiteSmith Drive as you work.

What's free and what upgrades add

Sheets is included with every SiteSmith account at no extra cost. Spreadsheets count toward your Drive storage (15 GB free, 100 GB with Workspace+, 1 TB with Workspace Pro). A sheet can go up to column ZZ and row 10,000. See the plan page in Workspace for upgrade prices.

What this course covers

  1. Getting started: cells, rows, columns and sheets, and moving around.
  2. Formulas: how formulas and references work, help while you type, the functions Sheets has, and filling formulas down.
  3. Formatting and organizing: number formats, colors and alignment, sorting, freezing, finding, and working with several sheets.
  4. Import, export and sharing: CSV files, printing, share links and version history.

The examples use Harbor & Pine Coffee's wholesale orders: bags of coffee sold to local bakeries, delis and markets.
