Welcome to SiteSmith Slides

SiteSmith Slides is the presentation app in SiteSmith Workspace. You build decks in the browser, present them full screen with a presenter view for your notes, and share them with a link. Every presentation is saved in your Drive.

In this course you'll follow Alex, owner of Harbor & Pine Coffee, as he gets a Fall menu launch deck ready for a staff meeting. Use your own deck alongside, or make a copy of a template and follow along.

What's included

Slides comes with your SiteSmith Workspace account. Making, presenting and sharing presentations works on the free plan, and your decks count toward your Drive storage (15 GB on the free plan).

Workspace+ is an optional upgrade with more Drive storage (100 GB) and AI features across the suite. Prices are on the plan page. Nothing in this course needs it.

What you'll learn

• Getting started: where Slides lives, starting from a template, and how a deck is put together
• Building slides: layouts, text boxes, pictures, shapes, themes and transitions
• Presenting and sharing: presenting full screen, presenter view, share links, downloads, printing and version history

Each section ends with a short quiz, and the last lesson is a course check. There's also a flashcard set and two games to help the shortcuts stick.
