Home, My work and Portfolio

Boards has three places that look across all your boards: Home, My work and Portfolio. You'll find them at the top of the left rail.

Home

Home shows how many Boards and Items you have, how many are Assigned to you, and Unread notifications. On your plate lists your next items. Below are Recently updated boards, Favorites, All boards with a sort menu, and Start from a template.

The left rail

• New board starts a board.
• Find a board filters the list below it.
• Favorites are boards you starred. Click the star next to a board's name to add it.
• Folders group boards. Click New folder, then drag a board onto a folder to file it.
• Archived boards and Plan sit at the bottom.

My work

My work lists the items you're assigned to, on every board you can open, grouped into Overdue, Today, Next 7 days, Later and No date. Change an item's status right from the list.

Use Group by (Due date, Board or Status) and Sort to arrange the list, and Show finished to see what you've done.

Portfolio

Portfolio treats every board as a project: its status, lead, progress, item count, overdue items, dates and what's next. The chips above the table filter by status, and the timeline at the bottom shows each project's dates.

Notifications

The bell and Notifications show when someone mentions you, assigns you, replies to you, invites you, or an automation notifies you. Each one is also emailed to you.
