Welcome to SiteSmith Boards

SiteSmith Boards is where your team plans projects and tracks work: who's doing what, by when, and how it's going. A board can be a store opening, a product launch, a hiring plan or a simple to-do list.

What you can do with Boards

  • Build boards from templates, with groups, items, subitems and 19 kinds of columns.
  • Look at the work as a table, Kanban, calendar, timeline, chart, workload or files.
  • Work together: assign people, post updates with @mentions, and attach files, Drive documents and videos.
  • Track projects with a status, a lead and dates, and see every project side by side in Portfolio.
  • Automate routine steps, such as notifying the owner when something gets stuck.

What's free and what's paid

Boards has its own plans: Free, Pro and Business. Every view and feature is on every plan; the plans differ in how much you can have.

  • Free: 3 boards, 500 items per board and 250 automation runs a month. Guests from outside your account need a paid plan.
  • Pro and Business: many more boards, items and automation runs, plus guests.

Archived boards and archived items don't count toward your limits. The Plan page in Boards shows your exact limits and the prices.
