About this course

SiteSmith Dispatch is computer-aided dispatch for any team that sends people out: towing and field service, security, events, emergency services and roleplay communities. This course is for dispatchers, field staff and whoever sets up and runs the center.

You'll create a dispatch center, take and dispatch calls from the console, use real-world and custom maps, look up records and send messages, work from the unit terminal on a phone, and set up the people, fleet, call types and integrations behind it.

The examples follow Pine Street Towing, a roadside and towing company.
