Welcome to SiteSmith Dispatch
A tour of a working dispatch center, Pine Street Towing, made in SiteSmith Studio.
What Dispatch is for
SiteSmith Dispatch is computer-aided dispatch for any team that sends people out: towing and roadside crews, field service, security patrols, event staff, emergency services, and roleplay game communities. Requests come in as calls, dispatchers send the right unit, and everyone sees where units are on a live map.
Each dispatch center gets its own web address, like pinestreet-tow.sitesmith.trade, with three parts:
- the console for dispatchers: calls, units and the map
- the unit terminal for people in the field, made for a phone
- Manage for whoever runs the center: people, vehicles, call types, maps and integrations

Pine Street Towing calls its calls "jobs" and its units "crews". Every center can choose its own words.
Free and paid plans
Every account can run a dispatch center on the free plan, with limits on members, fleet vehicles and custom maps. Pro and Business plans raise those limits and add more centers, custom domains, webhooks and longer position history. Open Plan on the Dispatch page in Workspace to see your plan and what each one includes.
