About this course

This course is for anyone who collects information from customers: contact forms, quote requests, sign-ups, RSVPs and feedback.

You'll build a form from a template, add and set up questions, publish and test it, choose who gets an email for each response, and share it with a link, an embed, a SiteSmith site or WordPress. Then you'll read, sort and export the responses.

You'll follow Harbor & Pine Coffee as it builds an RSVP form for a latte art night. Each section ends with a short quiz, and there's a course check at the end.
