Find your way around Forms

Forms opens on All forms, a home page with your numbers at the top and your forms below.

The numbers at the top

  • Forms: how many forms you have, and how many are published.
  • Responses: all responses, all time.
  • Unread: responses that arrived since you last looked.
  • This month: responses used against your plan's monthly allowance, and how many forms you've used.

Your forms

Each form is a card with its status (Draft, Published or Closed), a badge for new responses, its response count and when the last one came in. The buttons on each card take you straight to Edit, Responses or Share.

Four form cards: Latte art night RSVP, Newsletter signup, Contact us and Wholesale quote request

The … menu on a card has more: Responses, Share and embed, Copy link, Open the form, Duplicate and Delete.

The left rail

  • New form starts a form.
  • All forms, Published, Drafts and Closed filter the list.
  • API & WordPress is where you make API keys and download the WordPress plugin.
  • Plan shows your limits and lets you change plans.

At the bottom of the rail, a meter shows how many responses you've used this month.
