Welcome to SiteSmith Meet

SiteSmith Meet is the video meeting app in your SiteSmith Workspace. You use it for quick calls with your team, scheduled meetings with customers and suppliers, and calls with people who don't have a SiteSmith account at all. Everything runs in the browser, so nobody has to install anything.

What you can do with Meet

• Start a call right now, or make a link to use later.
• Schedule a meeting in Calendar with a Meet link attached.
• Invite people by email, including people outside your team. Guests join from the link without an account.
• Run the call: share your screen, turn on captions, raise your hand, chat, and (as host) let people in, mute, lock or end the meeting.
• Read a recap after a meeting: a summary, decisions and action items.

What's free and what's paid

Meet itself is part of every Workspace. Starting, scheduling and joining meetings, guests, screen sharing, captions and in-call messages are all free. Free meetings fit up to 25 people.

A few extras come with the paid Workspace plans:

• Workspace+: meetings of up to 100 people, a personal meeting link, meeting recaps and AI meeting notes.
• Workspace Pro: everything in Workspace+, plus the recap bot, the full transcript in recaps, asking questions about a meeting, searching across all your meetings, and your own logo and color in the lobby.

Prices are on the plan page. Paid features show a small Workspace+ or Pro tag in the app, so you can always tell which is which.
