SiteSmith Mail is the email app in Workspace. It opens your mailboxes in the browser, next to your calendar, chat and meetings.

Key points from the animation:
- A mailbox gets into Mail as a new address on your domain (with SiteSmith hosting) or as an existing account you connect.
- Mailboxes an account owner gives you appear by themselves. The first time, you enter the mailbox password once.
- Rules, blocked senders, aliases and out-of-office replies work on SiteSmith mailboxes. Connected accounts keep their provider's filters and vacation replies.
